Register, complete onboarding, and add your business from “My Business”. Fill in your industry, capabilities, location and logo to improve discovery and matching.

What does verification give me?

Verification confirms your business identity and documents. A verified badge builds trust and is required before you can respond to certain opportunities. Upload documents under My Business → Verification.

What is Scout?

Scout is iReach’s AI lead-intelligence engine. It finds real businesses matching your target market beyond the network, scores them for relevance, and adds them as leads to your outreach pipeline.

Do messages send automatically?

Accepted Answer

No. Scout drafts outreach messages with AI, but nothing is sent until you review and approve it. You remain in full control of every message.

Can prospects opt out?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Recipients can opt out, and iReach automatically respects opt-outs so they won’t be contacted again through your campaigns.

How do I find suppliers or customers?

Use Discover to search the verified network by industry, country and capability, or publish a Request describing what you need. iReach matches relevant businesses and surfaces them as potential partners.

How do connections work?

Send a connection request with a short note. The other business accepts or declines. Once connected you can message each other and build a verified relationship.

Can other businesses see my private documents?

No. Verification documents are visible only to you and the iReach admin review team. Other members see your verification status, not the underlying files.

How do I log out securely?

Use the account menu in the top bar. iReach logs you out and returns you to the welcome page.
